Refund policy

Refunds & Returns Policy (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law)

At Dyluxx Collective, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you purchase from us has a major problem. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major problem.

A major problem is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it,

  • Is unsafe,

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you, or

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot easily be fixed.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the ACL.


Change of Mind Returns

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalised items, vinyl decals, gift cards, or sale items, unless required under the ACL.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at dyluxxcollective@gmail.com if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights.


Process for Returns

To start a return, please contact us at dyluxxcollective@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the funds.
